Time to replace and to upgrade to a higher SEER. The team called and arrived early on our scheduled day. Alex, Dan and Eric were the installers. Very professional and careful/respectful of property laying down drop cloths and wore coverings over their shoes. They worked together as a team to complete the install successfully. The old AC units were removed and all work areas swept clean. They answered all my questions and stayed until both new units reached our desired temperatures. Portable AC units were provided prior to the install to make the triple digit Heat Index weekend more bearable until the Monday install. The office called the next day to check if everything was cooling to our expectations.
